The service
SalonPilot provides online booking, configured deposit collection, reminder queue, cancellation, client, owner-workspace and staff-scoped diary tools for independent salons.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate salon, service, price, availability and cancellation information, and for ensuring staff use suitable accounts where staff access is enabled.
Payments and refunds
Stripe Checkout can collect configured deposits when payment settings are enabled. Public subscription pricing is not currently published. Client deposit refund status follows the implemented 48-hour deposit rule, subject to applicable law.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Do not use SalonPilot as the only copy of information you must retain for legal or accounting purposes.
Cancellation
Workspace bookings can be cancelled in product. Deposit and refund status follows the implemented 48-hour deposit rule, subject to applicable law.
